氟比洛芬酯注射液对气管拔管期心血管反应及脑电双频指数的影响(附40例分析)

摘　　要：目的观察全麻病人拔管前静注氟比洛芬酯注射液对气管拔管期间心血管反应及脑电图双频指数的影响。方法40例手术病人分为对照组(C组)和氟比洛芬酯注射液组(F组),C组手术结束前静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液10 ml,F组静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯注射液100 mg。观察两组停药时、拔管后1、3、5 min的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、脑电双频指数(BIS)。结果两组的SBP、DBP、HR拔管后1、3、5 min和停药时相比有显著升高(P<0.05);与C组相比,F组血压、HR、BIS差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但艾司洛尔、亚宁定的使用量F组少于C组(P<0.05)。两组间拔管后潮气量、呼吸频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间BIS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯注射液能有效减轻气管拔管期心血管反应且镇静作用不明显,不影响麻醉后苏醒时间和拔管时间。Objective To study the effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil injection on hemodynamics and BIS during endotracheal cxtubation. Methods Forty ASA 1-3 adult patients of either sex were selected and allocated randomly into two groups： group F （Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection） and group C （control）.In group F, Flurbiprofen Axetil injection 100 mgwas infused intra- venously at 10 rain before the end of operation. Group C was infused sodium chloride 10 ml as the control. SBP, DBP, HR and BIS were recorded after 1, 3, 5 min after extuation. Results There were no statistically significant differences about he modynamics and BIS between the two treatment groups. There were significantly increased about the consumption of esmolol and urapidil in group C. Conclusion Flurbiprofen Axetil injection could inhibit the hemodynamie reponses during extubation
