摘　　要：限流器是高压共轨系统中的一个重要的安全保护环节.根据共轨系统中典型的限流器结构,分析了限流器的工作原理,建立了限流器的仿真模型和数学模型,完成了限流器的Matlab/Simulink建模计算,确定了限流器的关键技术参数,最终试制出样品,并通过了试验验证.A flowlimiter is one of the important security links in the high pressure common rail system. According to the typical structure of the flowlimiter in foreign CR system, its working principle is analyzed.Its simulation model and mathematic model are set up.Then the Matlab／simulink calculation is done and key parameters are selected. Finally, flowlimiters are manufactured and tested.
