摘 要:碳纤维塑料(CFRP)筋具有耐腐蚀、强度高、弹性模量高与质量轻等优点,是暴露及恶劣环境下预应力钢筋的理想替代品.目前,国内外对部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁的静力性能已进行了较深入的研究,但对其疲劳性能以及疲劳损伤后静力性能的研究还较少.通过部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁300万次疲劳试验和疲劳损伤前后的静力全过程试验,对其在损伤前后的破坏形态、荷载挠度曲线、变形特性等进行了较系统的对比与分析.研究表明,疲劳损伤后部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁仍具有较高的承载力、较大的刚度以及较好的延性.Due to its non-corrosive characteristics, light weight, high strength and Young s modulus, carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) alternatives to steel tendons where corrosion is concerned. At present, the static performance of partially prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendons have been studied intensively, while little research on the fatigue behaviors and static performance after fatigue damage has been carried out. This paper presents 3 million cycles fatigue tests on partially prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendons. Based on the monotonous loading tests on both beams before and after fatigue damage, a comparative study is made of failure patterns, load-deflection curves and defor-mation characteristics. Study results show that partially prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendons still exhibit favorable bending capadty, rigidity and ductility after fatigue damage.
