美迪克乳腺治疗仪对不同类型乳腺增生的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价美迪克乳腺治疗仪对不同类型乳腺增生的疗效。方法用美迪克乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生患者200例,其中以乳腺疼痛为主的130例,以乳腺肿块为主的70例,治疗2个疗程,6个月后评价两组的治疗效果。结果美迪克乳腺治疗仪在治疗乳腺疼痛为主型乳腺增生的疗效上较乳腺肿块为主型的好,痊愈率及总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组治疗起效时间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论美迪克乳腺治疗仪更适宜治疗以乳腺疼痛为主的乳腺增生症。[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of MEIDIKE instrument for breast on different type of hyperplasia of mammary glands. [Methods] 200 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated by MEIDIKE instrument for breast. The chief complaint was breast pain in the 130 cases and breast lump in the 70 cases. All cases were treated for 2 courses of treatment and observed for 6 months. [Results] In the breast pain group, the heal rate was 64.6% and the total effective rate was 95.4%. In the breast 1Lunp group, the heal rate was 17.1% and the total effective rate was 71.4%. There was significant deviation between the two groups in the heal rate and total effective rate （P 〈0.01）. Furthermore, there was significant deviation between the two groups in the time of symptomatic relief （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] MEIDIKE instrument for breast has better therapeutic effect on the hyperplasia of mammary glands whose chief complaint is breast pain.
