摘　　要：分析了影响分离筘座式挠性剑杆织机电子引纬可靠性的主要因素,从电子引纬系统的控制电路、计算机软件等方面提出了提高织机电子引纬可靠性的具体方法。实验证明,这些方法能够有效地提高系统的稳定性,保证引纬运动正常进行,满足织造工艺的要求。Main factors that affect the reliability of the electronic weft insertion of flexible rapier loom of separated slay type are analyzed with methods for improving its reliability in respect of the system＇s control circuit and the computers software put forward. These methods are proved effective in improving the reliability of the system, keeping its insertion working normally and meeting the requirements of its weaving process.
