摘　　要：通过选取不同原料、不同细度的3个纱线产品和常规涤棉纱线品种,分别在YG021A-1、HD021N、YG063和USTER3强力机上进行测试,并对测试结果作对比分析,得出了在进行单纱强力测试时,所采用的仪器型号、夹钳速度、仪器之间的台差是必须考虑的3个基本条件。Single yarn strength of 3 different yarn products made of different material and different fineness as well as normal polyester and cotton blended yam product have been tested on 4 types of yarn strength testers of YGO21A - 1 ,HDO21N,YGO63and USTER3 with their test results compared and analyzed. It is held that the 3 basic conditions as tester＇s type, the nipper＇s speed and the difference between the testers must be considered in single yam strength test.
