摘　　要：数控车床复合循环指令提高了编程的效率。但对一些复杂零件而言,使用复合循环指令也存在适应性差、效率低的缺点。对复合循环指令的应用条件进行了分析,对特殊形状的凹型轴类零件的数控加工工艺进行了探索,介绍了此类零件的数控加工方法及注意事项。Applying compound cycle instructions of CNC lathe has improved programming efficiency, but it has poor adaptability and low efficiency for some complex parts. In this paper, the application conditions of the compound cycle instructions are analyzed, and the NC processing for shafts with special concave curve is discussed, the machining method for this kind of shafts and what should be noticed has been introduced.
