摘  要:采用胜利减压渣油和齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂延迟焦化装置进料油配制了循环比(ThroughputRatio,简称TPR)分别为0.00、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25及0.30的7种油样,在热重装置上考察了循环比对其焦化反应行为及动力学的影响。结果表明,当TPR<0.10时,可分别在高温区与低温区用一级动力学描述油样的热反应过程;TPR>0.10时,高温区与低温区之间出现油样热反应速率随温度变化不大的过渡温区;随循环比的提高,焦化进料反应的生焦率减小,而新鲜减压渣油焦化反应的生焦率增加。The coking behaviour of seven samples prepared from Shengli vacuum residue and a coking feedstock with throughput ratio (TPR) of 000, 005, 010, 015, 020, 025 and 030 were investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer. Based on the Sharp differential method, the thermogravimetric data of samples with TPR<010 were fitted well with the firstorder kinetics in two seperate temperature regions, namely, higher and lower temperature regions. There is a transition temperature region between higher and lower temperature regions when TPR>010. The kinetic parameters of seven samples in the temperature regions were estimated by means of least square curve fitting. The rate of coke formation of whole sample is increased with the decreasing of TPR and that of vacuum residue is decreased with the decreasing of TPR.
