合成胶胃管留置时间的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨严重脑卒中后长期鼻饲老年患者留置一次性合成胶胃管适宜的胃管更换时间。方法对7例严重脑卒中后长期鼻饲的老年患者胃管的留置时间进行临床观察。比较不同的置管时间对患者鼻、咽部黏膜的影响,以及胃管前端颜色、老化程度的变化。结果不同的置管时间对老年患者鼻、咽部黏膜的影响无明显差异,随着置管时间的延长,胃管前端颜色由黄色到灰色,老化程度由无到逐渐加重。结论需长期留置胃管鼻饲的严重脑卒中后患者,使用一次性合成胶胃管置管更换胃管的适宜时间为14 d,最长不应超过21 d。Objective To study the time for replacing disposable synthesis plastic stomach tube for aged patients after serious stroke. Method 7 aged patients with long nasal feeding after serious stroke was selected for the study , The effect on patients＇ Nose and throat mucous membrant, color of front stomach tube and degree of agin were measured and compqred. Result Tere is no significant difference of patients＇Nose and theroat mucous membrane ,colcr of front stomach tube was changing from yellow to grey,degree of aging is gettin sever. Conclusion The time for repiac in disposable synthesis plastic stomach tube for aged patients after serious stroke . arel4 days, The longest time should not exceed 21 days.
