摘  要:Under basic condition,phenol has strong sensitivity quenching ability to electrogenerated chemiluminescence produced by fluorescein-potassium persulphate system.Based on this system,a electrogenerated chemiluminescence method has been established for the determination of phenol.The method is simple,convenient and sensitive.The linear range is 1.00×10-6mol/L^1.00×10-3 mol/L with the detection limit of 2.81×10-7 mol/L.The RSD is 2.76 % for 1.00×10-5 mol/L phenol(n=11).The method has been used for determination of phenol in man-made samples with satisfactory results.Under basic condition, phenol has strong sensitivity quenching ability to electrogenerated chemiluminescence produced by fluorescein - potassium persulphate system.
