电控喷射用汽油添加剂的合成与评定

摘　　要：利用二异氰酸酯与醇类、胺类化合物在一定温度下反应，可生成一种适用于电控喷射系统的高效清净分散剂氨基甲酸酯（或脲基氨基甲酸酯）。当二异氰酸酯、醇、胺以等摩尔比反应时，合成的清净分散剂的效果较好。模拟试验结果表明，较高相对分子质量的添加剂对油嘴具有较好的清洗作用，而较低相对分子质量的添加剂具有较好的清净作用。A　gasoline　detergentdispersant——urethane(or　ureidourethane)which　can　be　applied　to　port　fuel　injector(PFI)　effectively　was　synthesized　by　the　reaction　of　tolylene　diisocyanate(TDI)　with　alcohol　or　amide　at　the　proper　temperatureResults　show　it　has　better　effects　than　others,when　the　numbers　of　mol　of　TDI,and　alcohol　or　amide　are　equal;The　results　of　simulating　bench　test　proved　that　the　lower　relative　molecular　mass　detergent　is　effective　in　keeping　port　fuel　injectors　clean,the　higher　relative　molecular　mass　detergent　is　effective　not　only　in　keeping　port　fuel　injectors　clean,but　also　in　the　cleanup　of　injector　deposits
