以煤矸石为原料合成ZSM-35沸石

摘　　要：以天然矿物煤矸石为原料，在水热体系中合成了ＺＳＭ－３５沸石，利用ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ、ＩＲ及ＣＯ加氢合成低碳烯烃反应，对沸石产品的结构及性能进行了测试。结果表明，利用煤矸石合成的ＺＳＭ－３５沸石与化工原料合成的ＺＳＭ－３５沸石类似，均具有良好的结晶度和ＣＯ＋Ｈ２催化性能。Zeolite　ZSM35　was　synthesized　with　high　crystallinity　by　using　coal　gangue,a　natural　mineral　of　kaolinite　type,as　a　raw　material　in　a　hydrothermal　systemThe　asmade　ZSM35　samples　were　identified　by　means　of　XRD,SEM　and　IR,and　the　results　showed　that　the　samples　had　as　excellent　physical　properties　as　those　of　ZSM35　prepared　with　chemical　reagentsThe　catalytic　properties　were　characterized　in　the　reaction　of　CO　hydrogenation　for　making　light　olefins,with　a　CO　conversion　rate　of　616%　and　a　selectivity　for　C2～C4　olefins　of　103%
