摘  要:为弄清藏杏Armeniaca holosericea光合日变化特征,以便为野生藏杏的人工驯化提供依据,采用便携式光合作用测定系统Li-cor-6400测定藏杏的光合作用特性和日变化。结果表明,自然环境条件下的藏杏光合速率表现为单峰型曲线,在中午11:30,光合速率(CO2)达到最高峰[6.51μmol/(m.2s)],其光合作用不存在"午休"现象;此时,水分利用效率(CO2、H2O)达到最大值[9.853 2μmol/(m2.s)/mm/(m.2s)],表观量子效率(CO2、photons)也达到最大值[0.024μmol/(m.2s)];在藏杏的光合速率日进程中,维持高光合速率(CO2)值[大于4.00μmol/(m.2s)]的时间很短,大约2h左右,致使藏杏的光合产物积累非常困难,其现象为藏杏在逆境中的生长创造了有利条件。In order to understand the character of photosynthesis diurnal course of Armeniaca holosericea ( Batal. ) Kost, , and to provide the basis for artificial domestication of the wild Armeniaca holosericea( Batal. ) Kost. , the portable photosynthesis system--Li-cor -6400 was used to measure the photosynthesis character and diurnal course of Armeniaca holosericea( Batal. ) Kost.. The photosynthetic rate ( CO2 ) of Armeniaca holosericea( Batal. ) Kost. shows a single-peak curve under the natural environment, which reaches the peak[6. 51μmol /(m^2·s)] at A.M. 11:30. There exists no " midday depression" in the photosynthesis of Armeniaca holosericea ( Batal. ) Kost.. At the same times, the water utilization efficiency(CO2 ,H2O) reaches the maximum[9. 853 2μmol/(m^2·s)/mm/(m^2·s) ] ,and apparent quantum efficiency( CO2 ,photons) also reaches the maximum[0. 024μmol/(m^2·s) ]. In the diurnal course of net photosynthetic rate of Armeniaca holosericea ( Batal. ) Kost. , the time of maintaining at a high level of photosynthetic rate values is very short, 2 hours or so, which makes it very difficult to accumulate the photosynthetic products for Armeniaca holosericea ( Batal. ) Kost.. This phenomenon affords good conditions for Armeniaca holosericea( Batal. ) Kost. to grow in the face of adversity.
