摘　　要：从天津滨海新区建设农业科技园区的有利条件分析入手,借鉴国内农业科技园区发展的经验,提出滨海新区建设农业科技园区的定位与目标、选址要求和建设标准、规划布局设想和管理运行机制,为实施天津滨海农业科技园区建设提供可操作建议。Analyzing the advantageous conditions of constructing agricultural science and technology park in Binhai New Area of Tianjin, referring the development experiences of domestic agricultural science and technology parks, the functional position and goal, location request and construction standard, plan layout and mechanism of management operation of agricultural science and technology park in Binhai New Area were proposed, in order to offer the operational suggestions on actualizing the construction,
