马尔文激光粒度仪在测定4A沸石粒度分布中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了用马尔文激光粒度仪测定4A沸石粒度分布方法,通过实验对比找到了优化的测试条件。此外,据国家标准(QB/T 1768-2003)的规定,也对4A沸石粒度分布进行了测定。通过对比,在经过优化的测试条件下,使用马尔文激光粒度仪测定的粒度分布结果,可以和国标(QB/T 1768-2003)的测试结果相匹配,从而达到实验目的。优化的测试方法容易建立,精密度高,已得到应用,效果良好。A method for using Marlvern Laser particle size analyzer in determination of particle size distribution of 4A-zeolite is discribed. The best determining condition was found in experimentation. In addition, the determination of particle size distribution of 4A-zeolite was done in basis of criterion of country （QB/T 1768 - 2003） .It was know that the result of suing Marlvern Laser particle size analyzer in determination of particle size distribution of 4A-zeolite can be compared with the result of determning of criterion of country （QB/T 1768 - 2003） . This method is accurate, easy to establish and was applied.The effect is fine.
