我国对化妆品监管加强 检测方法缺失成为瓶颈

摘　　要：对我国化妆品行业的现状、存在的主要问题及未来的发展趋势,以及国家新近出台的化妆品监管政策进行了深入分析。研究发现,目前我国化妆品行业相关检测方法标准缺失情况严重,质检机构整体检测能力尚无法满足对化妆品行业实施切实有效监管的需求。为实现对化妆品行业的有效监管,规范化妆品市场,急需加快相关检测方法标准的研发,提高我国质检机构的相关检测能力。Status quo, main problems and developing trends of cosmetic industry in our country were discussed in depth, as well as newly promulgated supervision policies ＆ measures in cosmetic industry. It is found that the lack of detection methods and the insufficiency of detection ability of quality inspection organizations make government difficult to have an effective inspection to cosmetic product. In order to make effective inspection and normalize cosmetic market, it is in urgent need to speed up the development of relative detection method of cosmetic relative components and improve detection ability of quality inspection organizations in related areas.
