农村中介组织网络的基本功能及其构成要素分析

摘　　要：农村中介组织网络满足了农户和组织、农户与市场、组织与市场之间的合作与竞争需求,实现了资源与能力的交流与互补,增强了农村经济的发展活力,达到了"规模经济",可以说它是随着现代农业发展而兴起的一种组织和制度创新。基于此,本文首先介绍了农村中介组织网络的基本功能,然后分别从网络目标、网络节点、网络联结、网络技术基础、网络运行机制等五个方面分析农村中介组织网络的构成要素,揭示其内在关系,以期更好地了解组织网络的结构框架,完善其发展模式,推动现代农业的发展。The rural intermedium organization network has satisfied the cooperative and competitive demands between farmers and organization, farmers and market, organization and market, it has realized the exchange and supplementary of resources and abilities, and has strengthened the developmental vigor of rural economy. The rural intermedium organization network has achieved ＂ economy of scale＂ , and it is one kind of organizations and system innovations which emerges along with the modem agricultural development. Therefore, this article firstly introduces basic functions of the rural intermedium organization network, then analyzes its constituent elements separately from five aspects ： network goal, node, network link, network technologic base, network movement mechanism, so as to have a better knowledge of the structural frame of the organization network, finally perfects the developmental pattern in order to improve the advance of modem agriculture.
