摘　　要：采用综合分析方法,从文化等角度揭示健康、体育与生活方式之间的内在联系。在此基础上,给予体育融入并主导以健康追求为终极目标的现代生活方式一个科学阐释。From the angle of culture, this paper revealed the inner connections of health, sports and life style by means of integrative analysis. Based on the analysis, the author gave a scientific explanation about sports merging onto and leading the modem life style which aims at pursuing health ultimately.
