摘　　要：福建省的行业协会在海峡西岸经济区建设中发挥着重要作用,但由于法制不健全、政策不配套、管理体制滞后等原因,致使福建省行业协会功能发育不全,功能发挥不到位。因此,必须在明确性质的基础上,尽快制定地方法规,为行业协会的发展提供良好的制度保障。Fujian＇s trade association in the west side of the Straits in building economic zones play an important role, but because the legal system is not perfect, not supporting the policy, management system lag and other reasons, resulting in stunting of Fujian Industry Association function, function is not in place. Therefore, we must clear in nature, based on local laws and regulations enacted as soon as possible, for the development of trade associations provide a good security system.
