摘  要:[目的]探讨强度为85~110 dB噪声环境对人体必需金属元素的影响。[方法]根据GB 16152-1996《职业性噪声聋诊断标准及处理原则》诊断标准确诊噪声观察对象44名,噪声性耳聋3名,共计47名,另选对照组40人。采用原子吸收分光光度计,检测上述人群血清中必需金属元素Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca的水平。[结果]病例组Mg、Zn明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),经治疗后Fe高于对照组(P<0.01),而Ca低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]低Mg、低Zn可能增加噪声引起的听力损失。[ Objective ] To study the effect on essential trace elements in human body under the working environment with a noise at 85-110 dB ( A ).[ Methods ] 44 subjects diagnosed as doubtful noise-induced hearing impairment based on the GB 16152-1996 diagnostic standard and 3 noise-induced deafness patients were selected as case group for investigation. Another 40 persons not exposed to noise in their job were selected as control. The levels of Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, and Ca in their serum were examined. [ Results ] The levels of Mg and Zn in case group were obviously lower than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment, the level of Fe was higher than that of the control group( P 〈 0.01 ), while the level of Ca was lower( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] The low levels of Mg and Zn could enhance the hearing loss caused by noise.
