从任京线检查片腐蚀谈管道阴极保护作用

摘　　要：在管道附近埋设检查片是研究管道腐蚀的一项重要手段,它可以定量分析管道阴极保护效果。对任京输油管道雄县站管段埋设了16年的检查片进行了检测和分析,结果表明,经过16年的地下埋设,有防腐层并通电的检查片表面光洁度与当初埋设时相近;有防腐层未通电的检查片表面略有腐蚀;而无防腐层未通电的检查片腐蚀严重。通过对检查片的单位失重值、平均厚度损失和失重保护度的计算,可以认为管道防腐层固然很重要,但施加的阴极保护对管道的长期安全起到了极其重要的作用。Burying coupons near the pipeline is an important method for studying pipeline corrosion and doing quantitative analysis about the effect on pipeline cathodic protection. After inspecting the coupons that have been buried in the Xiongxian pump station section of the Renjing crude oil pipeline for 16 years,the result shows that the surface smoothness of the electrified coupon with corrosion protection coating approaches to the initial condition,the surface of the electrified coupon without corrosion protection coating shows light corrosion,and the surface of the unelectrified coupons without corrosion protection coating shows serious corrosion. According to the calculation of the average corrosion rate,average thickness-loss and weight-loss rate, it is understood that cathodic protection can play a significant part in the long safety operation of pipeline beside the coating.
