摘　　要：林地产权制度改革在资源资产化管理中具有重要的意义。通过对现行没有明确的产权主体和明晰的产权关系、不规范的分配制度、林地流转比较困难等问题进行分析后认为,只有尽快明确林地产权的主体,把林权上升为物权,建立有效的林地流转机制,才能从根本上推动我国林业经济的快速健康发展。The reform of woodland property right system is of vital significance in capitalization management of resources. This essay first analyzes the problems that there exists no explicit property fight body and clear- cut property fight relations, that the distribution system is not standard, that the woodland circulation faces some difficulties and so on, holds that it is necessary to define the woodland property fight as soon as possible, to upgrade the ownership of forests to property right and to establish an effective woodland circulation mechanism so as to promote the steady and healthy development of forestry in China.
