摘　　要：以地方高校—湖南邵阳学院为例,探讨了地方高校管理科学专业人才培养模式及与之相适应课程体系的构建。This paper makes the local university--ShangYang Unversity As An example, has explored the training pattern and the building of the courses system of innovative talent in the speciality of management science.
