摘　　要：研究了Rational统一过程和敏捷软件过程,通过对两种开发过程进行剪裁和改进,提出了适合小型IT项目开发的过程框架AUP,并采用AUP开发过程成功开发了一个信息系统.Rational Unified Process（RUP） and agile software process are studied. In order to adapt to the features of small-sized information system, RUP and agile software processes are changed and improved. And AUP is put forward to fit the development of small-sized information system. A real information system is successfully developed based on AUP.
