摘　　要："款"和家族组织是侗族传统社会重要的社会组织,在侗族社会生活中发挥着重要作用。"款"和家族组织尽管性质不同,一个是地缘组织,一个是血缘组织。然而两者在侗族传统社会紧密结合在一起,具有相同的组织形式和功能,两者均是为了维持侗族社会的内部秩序,整合内部资源,并调解与外部的关系。家族组织是"款"的组成部分,"款"是若干个家族组织的联合。"款"组织有助于调解家族与家族之间矛盾和冲突,以及联合各家族解决家族所不能解决的事情。"款"的基础是家族组织,"款"只有通过这一血缘组织,才能调动最底层的民众,并使其"款约"真正在社会被实行。Kuan and clan organization are the important social organizations in traditional Dong society, which play a vital role in social life. Although there are different characters between Kuan and clan Organization, they connect and show the same identical organization forms and functions, which are equally to maintain internal order, to integrate the resources, and to mediate relations. Clan organization is a component of Kuan, and it is the unity of some clan organizations. Only by this consanguinity organization can Kuan convene the masses, and make its Kuanyue carried out in society.
