摘　　要：目前地方高校学报普遍陷入刊物缺少特色、优质稿源缺乏的困境,如何应对并摆脱这种困境,发挥高校学报的作用,试从准确定位,办出特色;挖掘优质稿源,提升刊物的学术水平;不断创新,打造优秀的编辑队伍等三个方面对其进行了分析。There exist ordinary problems of lacking teatures and suffMent contributions in journals of colleges and universities. This paper proclaims three ways： First, establishing feature columns; second, choosing the paper＇s with high quality to improve the level of journals; third, innovating constantly and building an excellent editor group.
