我国土地征收制度中的法律障碍及其对策研究

摘　　要：当前我国土地征收制度中存在不少问题以及面临不少法律障碍,造成了一定的社会负面效应。我国应借鉴和吸收国外土地征收制度中的先进经验,规范集体土地向国有土地的转变,保护集体、农民的土地权益,缩小城乡差距,加速土地资源配置市场化进程,不断完善我国土地征收制度。To deal with the negative effects caused by exisdng problems and legal obstacles in the land requisition, China should accelerate the drive of marketization in land resources allocation to perfect the land requisition system by combining the advanced measures from the counterparts abroad, standardizing the transfer of land ownership and protecting the rights of farmers and rural collectives and narrowing the disparity in urban and rural areas.
