高校对毕业生境外流动党员教育管理初探——以广西高职高专院校为视角

摘　　要：在中国—东盟经济一体化步伐加快的背景下,广西高校和东盟国家教育的国际交流与合作日益密切,对毕业生境外流动党员联系难、教育难、管理难的问题随之凸显。广西高校对毕业生境外流动党员应当引起重视,强化教育引导,创新管理机制,健全管理机构,加强管理力量,提高教育管理的实效性。The problems of graduate floating Party members in contact, education and management are increasingly obvious with the China- ASEAN Economic integration and the international exchange and cooperation between Guangxi colleges and ASEAN counterparts. This issue should be emphasized and measures must be taken to improve the effectiveness of management.
