专科护理路径在高血压病患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察高血压病专科护理路径对门诊患者的应用效果。方法对我院07年1月至7月首诊高血压病患者进行随机分组,干预组给予完整的专科护理,对照组给予普通门诊指导,比较两组的用药依从性、生活方式改善、血压的稳定性等方面的不同。结果干预组治疗后在对高血压病应知应晓、生活方式、服药依从性、血压稳定性方面都比对照组好。结论利用完整的高血压病专科护理路径对门诊高血压患者进行干预可以提高血压稳定性、用药依从性和良好生活方式,有效辅助临床治疗。Objective To discuss the effective nursing methods for outpatient with hypertension. Methods 765 outpatients of hypertension who firstly saw a doctor were divided into two groups randomly. The intervene group were giver special professional training nursing. And the control group was given common nursing guide. The compliance of therapy, the stabilization of blood pressure and life style were study. Results The compliance of therapy was improved. The blood pressure was controlled better in intervene group. And the life style improve than control group. Conclusion The completely professional training nursing path would improve compliance of therapy, stabilization of blood pressure, life style on outpatient with hypertension, and assist the clinical curve.
