中药电导入对关节影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过对中药电导入与单纯电刺激及中药外敷、空白对照的对比研究,探讨中药电导入对关节影响的作用原理,并比较四者之间的差异。方法以配方中药水煎制剂低频脉冲直流电导入兔髋关节,用同频率、同强度的直流电组、单纯中药外敷组、空白组为对照。通过形态学观察,血液灌注有关指标测定,图像分析了解关节囊、软骨的适应性改变。结果中药电导入组关节囊滑膜平整光滑,血管直径增大,密度增加,血供增加。细胞器功能活跃,代谢增强,组织修复能力增强。软骨细胞密度增加,软骨细胞细胞器功能活跃。分别测量毛细血管密度、管腔直径,软骨细胞密度。中药电导入组、电刺激组与中药外敷组、空白对照组前三个指标相比有显著性差异,P<0.01,前两组均高于后两组。中药电导入组、电刺激组之间亦有显著性差异P<0.05,前者高于后者。结论中药电导入具有电刺激和中药的双重作用,能增强关节抗炎症的能力,促进细胞增生细胞器功能,组织的修复能力加强,改善退行性骨关节炎的症状。To find out the working principle of Chinese herb iontophoresis on degenerative disease of joint by contrast it with other three groups. Method： 24 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, A,B,CID. The water-boiled dose of Chinese herb was iontophored into the hip joint of group A. Group B received single pulsive electrical stimulation with the same frequency and density. Group C only got the herb to spread on the skin with no electrical stimulation.Group D was controll group without any treatment. The means of morpholngic observing was used to investigate the adaptive changes of the capsule, cartilage. Result： Chinese herb iontophoresis raised the blood supply of the tissue of capsule significantly and improved the function of celt organ of the tissues in comparison with the controll group.Conclusion： Chinese herb iontophoresis has the effect of both electrical stimulation and herb, it can enhance the function of cell organ and blood supply of the tissues, the ability to repair strengthened. Chinese herb iontophoresis was beneficial to orthopaedic degenerative disease without hurt to tissue.
