舒适护理在临终患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在护理临终患者中的运用。方法为临终患者及家属提供全方位的身心照顾与支持,满足生理、心理、社会、灵性四个方面舒适需求。结果40例临终患者疼痛不适症状得到有效缓解,情绪稳定,科学艺术的对待死亡,平静地接受死亡,安详舒适的死亡,其中有27位在医院安祥的离开人世,家属随访满意率98%。结论为临终患者实施舒适护理提高了护理服务质量,提高患者生命质量,充分体现了"以人为本,以患者为中心"的整体护理内涵。Objective To discuss the effect of comfortable nursing for mortal patients. Methods To offer the all-wave physical and mental care and abet,in order to content the comfortable needs in physics, psychology, community and spiritualism. Results 40 mortal patients felt the uncomfortable ache catabatic, and remained a steady-going emotion. In the last they faced to death scientificly and artisticly, died quietly,serenely and comfortably.There were 27 patients who went away the world in hospital ,and the content rate of their dependents came to 98%. Conclusion The comfortable nursing for mortal patients improved the nursing service,and enhance the patients＇ life quality.It adequately incarnated that holistic nursing connotation of ＂people foremost, and patients centric ＂.
