老年重型肾综合征出血热CBP疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨连续性血液净化对老年重型肾综合征出血热患者的治疗效果。方法对14例老年重型肾综合征出血热患者应用连续静—静脉血液滤过—透析或连续静—静脉血液透析进行连续性血液净化治疗。结果治愈12例、死亡2例。无明显不良反应。结论老年重型肾综合征出血热患者对连续性血液净化治疗耐受性好,副作用极少,疗效佳。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification for Senility seriously hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes. Methods 14 senility patients with seriously hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes were treated by continuous blood purification. Results 12 patients had been recovered complety and 2 patients died. there were less bad reactions. Conclusion Continuous blood purification is one of effective treatments for Senility seriously hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes and be batter able to bear. these methods and less side effect.
