摘　　要：在陕甘宁盆地西部某油田石油地质评价基础上，根据油田的技术经济条件，对未来进行工业开发的经济价值进行预测和评价，分析计算油田未来开发的费用、盈利和贷款偿还能力等，考虑该油田工业开发的可行性．分析表明，在现行财税制度和价格水平条件下，该油田开发的经济效益基本接近全国石油行业的平均水平，投资回收期与行业基准回收期相当，属较好的投资项目，具有一定的抵抗产量风险的能力．因此，该油田的开发是可行的．On the basis of the geologic valuatin of a oil field in west Shaanganning Basin,the economicvalue of developing the oil field is predicted and valuated ,and the development cost,profit and the ability torepay the loan are caculaied and analysed according to the technological and economic conditions of the oilfield. The results show that ,under the present finace ,taxation and price system ,the economic benifit of developing the oil field is closc to the average levcl of the petroleum industry of China,and the invcstmentpayback time approximates to the trade level. Therefore ,the investment project has a certain force againstrisk ,and is feasible.
