摘　　要：介绍了有关"香港老旧住宅维修、养护与可持续性"课题研究的结果,特别是与老旧房屋维修与管理相关的领域、主要概念以及香港(特别行政区)政府屋宇署(BD)提出的强制性建筑检验计划的情况。针对房屋管理存在的问题,提出了解决方案。Introduced the results about a research of the title ＇ The repair, maintenance and sustainability of the ageing residential building stock in Hong Kong＇, particularly in the areas related to maintenance and management of the ageing building stock and to highlight the concept and scope of the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme proposed by the Buildings Department （BD） of the Hong Kong （Special Administrative Region） Government. Put forward solutions to existing problems of building management.
