摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗合并情绪障碍的冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法108例患者随机分为对照组(一般治疗组)和治疗组(中西医结合治疗组),通过对比治疗组和对照组临床疗效指标,判定两组患者疗效差异。结果中西医结合治疗组患者临床心绞痛症状、情绪障碍疗效高于一般治疗组,两组之间有显著差异。结论中西医结合治疗合并情绪障碍的冠心病心绞痛疗效优于一般治疗。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on angina peetoris accompanied with dysthymic disorder. Methods 108 patients with angina pectoris accompanied with dysrhymic disorder were randomly divided into control group （general treatment group） and treatment group （combined treatment group）. The difference of therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect on angina pectoris accompanied with dysthymic disorder in treatment group was superior to that of control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on angina pectoris accompanied with dysthymic disorder was to that of general treatment.
