摘　　要：目的总结痉挛性斜颈(spasmodic torticollis,ST)围术期的护理经验。方法在合理选择手术方式的基础上,加强术前心理护理、完善术前准备,术后精心护理,针对每一位患者的具体情况制订个体化的康复和训练计划并认真实施,出院指导应详细、具体,并加强电话回访和门诊随访。结果本组痊愈18例(67%),显效6例(22%),进步3例(11%),无死亡,无致残。结论手术方式的合理选择、围术期的护理和康复训练、出院指导和电话随访是治疗痉挛性斜颈的重要环节。Objcctivc To summary the care experience of spasmodic torticollis during the perioperative period. Methods On the basis of reasonable modus operandi, preoperative mental nursing was strengthened, preoperative preparation was consummated, and postoperative patients were nursed carefully. Individual rehabilitation training programme was made and carried out. The patients on discharge were given special guidance in detail. Out-patient clinic （OPD） fellow-up and revisit by phone were strength- ened. Results 18 cases （67%） were healed, 6 cases （22%） were markedly effective, and 3 cases （11%） were relieved. None was dead or disabled. Conclusion Reasonable modus operandi, preoperative mental nursing and rehabilitation training, special guidance on discharge and fellow-up by phone are important strategies in the therapy of spasmodic torticollis.
