摘 要:目的探讨川芎嗪(Lig)对休克血浆(SP)所致豚鼠心室乳头肌电生理特性改变的干预作用。方法利用常规玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,观察SP对豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位的影响及不同剂量Lig的干预作用。结果(1)用含有SP的灌流液灌流标本时,豚鼠心室乳头肌细胞动作电位的幅值(APA)、超射值(OS)均显著升高(P<0.05),复极50%、90%时间(APD50、APD90)及动作电位时程(APD)均明显延长(P<0.05);(2)Lig可剂量依赖性地降低SP引起的APA、OS升高,延长APD50、APD90及APD,此种干预作用以5.12mmol/LLig最为明显。结论SP可导致正常豚鼠心室乳头肌电生理特性的改变,而Lig可剂量依赖性地干预此种效应。Objective To explore the protection of ligustrazine(Lig) on the effects of shock plasma (SP) on guinea pig ventricular papillary muscles. Methods By using standard intracellular microelectrode technique to record action potentials, various doses of Ligs were used to investigate their electrophysiological effects on SP-induced effects of guinea pig papillary muscles. Results (1) SP significantly increased the amplitude of action potential (APA) and overshoot (OS) ( P 〈0.05), and also notably prolonged 50% and 90% of duration of action potential ( APD50 and APD90) and duration of action potential (APD) ( P 〈 0.05). (2) Application of 0.64 mmol/L, 1.28 mmol/1, 2.56 mmol/L, 5.12 mmol/L Lig resulted in a significant inhibition induced by SP in APA, OS, APD50, APD90, APD. The inhibition depended on the doses of Lig and the most markable inhibition occurred at 5.12mmol/L Lig. Conclusion SP could significantly affect the electrophysiological regularity of guinea pig ventricular papillary muscles. Various doses of Lig could inhibit the SP-induced effects and provide protection to cardiac muscles.
