FIZZ1对小鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨FIZZ1对血管平滑肌细胞的增殖和迁移的作用。方法采用贴块法培养小鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞,分别用甲基-3H胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)掺入法和Boyden小室法评价不同浓度FIZZ1对血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移的作用。结果FIZZ1呈剂量依赖性地增加平滑肌细胞的3H-TdR掺入,呈剂量依赖性地促进平滑肌细胞的迁移。结论FIZZ1可促进血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移。Objective To study the proliferative and migratory effects of FIZZ1 on cultured vascular smooth muscle cells（VSMCs） in mouse. Methods With the methods of Methyl -^3H thymidine （^3H -TdR） incorporation and boyden chamber, the proliferative and migratory effects were determined on VSMCs after stimulation by FIZZ1. Results FIZZ1 caused marked increases of ^3H - TdR incorporation, migratory ratio of VSMCs was in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion FIZZ1 dose-dependence stimulated the proliferation and migration of VSMCs.
