2型糖尿病合并抑郁障碍患者C反应蛋白和血脂检测的意义

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病合并抑郁障碍患者C反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂的变化。方法根据汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)测定结果将85例2型糖尿病患者分为抑郁障碍组和非抑郁障碍组。测定两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和CRP,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果抑郁障碍组FPG、CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C、FINS和HOMA-IR比非抑郁障碍组高、HDL-C比非抑郁障碍组低,其中FPG、CRP、TG、TC和HOMA-IR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测合并抑郁障碍2型糖尿病患者CRP和血脂对早期干预、指导治疗有一定的临床价值。Objective To observe the change of C-reactive protein and blood lipid in the type 2 diabetes with depressive disorder. Methods 85 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups by Hamilton depression scale. Measure fasting blood glucose（FPG）, fasting blood insuline（FINS）, triglyceride（TG）, total cholesterol（TC）, high - density lipoprotein-cholesterol （ HDL-C）, low - density lipoprotein- cholesterol（LDL-C） and C-reactive protein（ CRP）. Calculate HOMA-IR. Results The levels of FPG, CRP, TG, TC, LDL-C, FINS and HOMA-IR in groups of type 2 diabetes with depressive disorder are higher than those in groups without depressive disorder, the HDL-C level in groups of type 2 diabetes with depressive disorder is lower. FPG, CRP, TG, TC and HOMA-IR are significantly higher（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The levels of CRP and blood lipid were positively associated with the severity of disease, which are predictive factors of the disease.
