摘　　要：目的探讨老年人肠梗阻的病因，寻找有效的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析2001年6月至2007年6月29例老年肠梗阻的临床表现、治疗方法和效果。结果老年人发病病情复杂，手术危险性大。29例患者均经手术明确诊断，并选择了相应的术式。除1例死亡，其余28例效果满意。结论29例肠梗阻以粘连性、肿瘤性常见，老年人肠梗阻手术风险大。及时诊断、合理治疗是保证治疗成功的关键。Objective To investigate the etiology, Diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction in old people, Methods Clinical manifestations, inducing factor, treatment and results were analyzed in 29 cases with intestinal obstruction, Results Intestinal obstruction was more frequent in patients with complicated major old people, 29 cases were clearly diagnosed by surgery and corresponding operation approach were selected, 29 cases got satisfactory result except one patient who died. Conclusion The most common cases of inetinal obstruction are adhesions followed operation and neoplusia, The danger of operation in old people is bigger than in young and adults. Diagnosis in time and reasonable treatment are the key to the successful treatment,
