摘 要:以改性沥青、降滤失剂、页岩抑制剂、表面活性剂、润滑剂为基础材料,制备了防塌润滑剂FRHB。考察了FRHB的抑制性、润滑性及对低、高密度钻井液性能的影响,简要介绍了FRHB的现场应用情况。本文结果表明,该防塌润滑剂有显著的抑制作用,可显著降低钻井液的滤失量和泥饼摩擦系数,在钻井液中具有良好的配伍性。A novel caving preventative/lubricator, FRH B, for drilling fluids is prepared from two grades of modified asphalt, heat resistant mixed filtrate loss reducers, inorganic and organic shale hydration inhibitors, two surfactants of different HLB value, and lubricating material. The principles of formulating the compounded chemical are discussed. Laboratory performance investigations show that this chemical is notably inhibitive for clay swelling, significantly reduces filtration losses, both API and HTHP, and cake friction coefficiency and is well compatible with the additives in drilling fluids. The successful uses of FRH B in drilling in fluids of normal and high densities for drilling 3 wells are examplified.
