摘  要:HL2压井液由高含铁废矿渣粉、MMH、XY27、CMCNa及少量膨润土复配而成。本文介绍了该压井液的性能及现场应用效果。In this paper the performance properties and uses of load fluid HL 2 are presented. HL 2 is composed of 3-4% bentonite, 0.3-0.5% MMH, 0.8% Na CMC, a little diluent XY 27, and high iron content powdered slag and its density is controllable in range 1.2-1.8 g/cm 3. HL 2 is stable at 80℃ over more than 72 hrs, possesses good rheoiogic characteristics, low filtration losses and satisfactory corrosivity, forms no foam and emulsion in contact with gases and oils. Clay disks swell much less in load fluid HL 2 than in 5-7% KCl solutions and the cores of reservoir formations are only slightly damaged by HL 2 in core permeability experiments. HL 2 has been successfully used since may 1995 in more than 200 downhole remedial treatments in Gudong Oil Fields, Shengli.
