摘 要:中原马寨油田卫95块从1995年7月底起开始注弱碱水。弱碱水是主要用Ca(OH)2处理油田采出水而得到的pH在8—9的水,Ca2+、OH-含量升高而Fe3+、Cl-、S2-含量降低。室内测定结果表明,此种弱碱性水无生成CaCO3沉析的倾向,对储层岩芯的渗透率和粘土矿物无伤害,与地层水完全配伍。与注弱碱水前相比,注弱碱水20个月期间注水井吸水剖面改善,区块储量动用程度提高,储层能量稳定,采出水pH值不变,矿化度和主要离子含量变化不大。A weak alkalinity water flood program is started in Block Wei 95 of Mazhai in Zhongyuan since July 1995. The weak alkalinity water is prepared by treating the produced water by mainly Ca(OH) 2to increase its pH from 6.5 to 8-9 and its contents of Ca 2+ and OH -are increased and of Fe 3+ , Cl - and S 2- -decreased. It is shown in laboratory experiments that this water has no tendency to CaCO 3precipitation, is not damageable to reservoir core permeability, not clay swelling, and compatible with the formation water. In weak alkalinity water flood over 20 months, the injectivity profile is improved, the reservoir mobilization enhanced, the reservoir pressure and the pH value of the produced water maintained and the minerality and main ions contents only slightly changed.
