摘 要:以多乙烯多胺为起始剂,醋酸钙、氢氧化钾为催化剂合成了环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷多嵌段聚醚,用IR、GPC、1HNMR方法测定了该多嵌段聚醚的结构,考察了引发剂、催化剂、亲油头、EO含量及实验条件对多嵌段聚醚破乳脱水性能的影响。GPC谱图上有3个洗提峰,对应的分子量为3000、4000和10000;以醋酸钙为催化剂合成的多嵌段聚醚的分子量分布较窄。亲油头中多乙烯多胺与环氧丙烷之比为1∶(180—210)、环氧乙烷含量为25%—35%的多嵌段聚醚(破乳剂CD98)在用量100mg/1、温度40℃时,对长庆油田采油二厂原油的2小时脱水率>98%,净化油含水≤0.5%,脱出水清,油水界面整齐。A multiblock PO/EO polyether (MBPE) initiated with polyethylenepolyamine (PEPA) is synthesized on catalyst ca acetate and KOH and its structure is identified through IR, GPC, and 1HNMR measurements. The effects of synthesis variables (type of initiator and catalyst, size of lipophilic head, and Eo or PO content) on its demulsificating/dehydrating ability for crade oils of the 2nd Oil Production Factory in Changqing are investigated. It is shown that For the MBPEs synthesized three elution peaks are Observed on GPC curves corresponding to mol weights 3×10 3,4×10 3and 1×10 4; the MBPEs prepared on acetate catalyst are of less broad distribution in mol weight. MBPEs with lipophilic head PEPA: PO=1:180—240 and Eo content 25—35%, as demulsifier CD98, are very effective for the crude oils and with CD98 of 100 ppm at 40℃ in 2 hrs following results are obtained: debydrating rate>98%; water content in dehydrated oil≤0.5%; separated water clear.
