摘 要:按照蒸汽吞吐的模式将多种化学剂组成的吞吐液注入油层,使其与原油发生乳化,降低油水的流度比,改变地层的润湿性和毛管力,以提高稠油产量和采收率。室内模拟实验和现场试验证明化学吞吐液可以起上述作用。化学吞吐为稠油的开采,特别是提高蒸汽开采稠油的采收率开辟了新的途径。A new method, chemical huff puff, for viscous crude oil recovery has been worked out and put into field tests in several oil wells in Liaohe. The chemical agent injected into the well and produced together with oil is a 0.5-2.0% (v/v) aqueous solution containing 0.5-2.0% emulsificator, 0.5-1.0% dispersant, 0.5-2.0% micellization agent, and 0.5-0.7% phase transforming agent. The performance properties of the solution are investigated in detail, these are: emulsifying/viscosity reducing capacity, oil washing ability, stability at standing and thermal resistance, oil displacement in micromodels, core flooding efficiency, and chemical and steam huff puff on cores with TC observation. Chemical huff puff can be applied individually and in combination with steam huff puff.
