葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶与国产抗CCP抗体诊断类风湿关节炎的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶、国产抗CCP抗体对类风湿关节炎(RA)的诊断价值,与德国欧蒙抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗CCP抗体)之间的相关性以及在临床诊断上的意义。方法对165例RA患者血清和161例非RA患者血清和32例正常人血清用三种酶联免疫吸附试验(ELLSA)进行检测。结果165例RA患者葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶敏感度和特异度分别为71.5%和97.9%;国产抗CCP对RA的敏感度和特异度分别为72.1%和81.9%;与非RA对照组和正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶与德国欧蒙抗CCP抗体和国产抗CCP抗体重叠阳性率分别为66.7%和77.8%。结论葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶与德国欧蒙抗CCP抗体、国产抗CCP抗体均能能用于RA的早期诊断,最好是多个指标综合判断。Objective To investigate the value of Glucose-6-phosphate Isomeras（ GPI）in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis （ RA ） and compare the relativity of Glucose-6-phosphate Isomeras （GPI） with china＇ s anti- cyclic citrullinated peptide （CCP） antibody, and EUROIMMUN ＇ s anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide （CCP） anti- body. Methods Serum samples from 165 RA patients and 161 no-RA patients and 32 normal control subjects were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA ）. Results The sensitivity and specificity of Glucose-6-pbospbate lsomeras（GPI） in the 165 RA patients were 71.5% and 97.9% respectively; The sensitivity and specificity of china＇ s anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide（CCP） antibody were 72. 1% and 81.9% respectively; there were significant differences between test group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The cross positive rate of Glucose-6-phosphate Isomeras （ GPI ） with China ＇ s anti-CCP, EUROIMMUN ＇ s anti-CCP were 66. 7% and 77.8% respectively. Conclusion The Glucose-6-phosphate lsomeras（GPI） and China＇ s anti-CCP assay might be used as a valuable index in the early diagnosis of RA. The many test synthetic judgment should be better.
