摘　　要：从湖北黄冈市行政中心设计的分析入手,对现代中国地方政府行政中心设计模式进行探讨,分析现代中国地方政府行政服务的模式和特点,总结与之相对应的行政中心的建筑特点。Starting from the design of Huanggang Administrative Center in Hubei Province, this article discusses the design mode of modern administrative center of local government in China, analyzes the modes and characteristics of their administrative services, and summarizes the building features of relevant administrative centers.
