摘  要:目的期望通过对瞬时加速度波强的时相分析,有助于WI新技术的临床推广应用。方法应用日本ALOKA公司ProSound α 10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对66例正常人瞬时加速度波强的时相进行检测。结果左右颈总动脉、右肱动脉的W1起点至终点之间的时间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);右肱动脉的W1起点至顶点时间与左右颈总动脉之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而左右颈总动脉之间无统计学意义;左、右颈总动脉、右肱动脉的W1顶点至终点时间之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);左右颈总动脉、右肱动脉的W1上升支时间与下降支时间的比值之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论①W1的宽度(W1曲线终点减去W1曲线起点的时间)相当于血流加速时间(Δt)。对于判断心脏功能可能有一定帮助。②W1曲线的起点应为心脏射血期的开始,而非如以往文献报道的W1曲线的顶点为射血期的开始。Objective The generalization and application of instantaneous acceleration wave intensity were expected through the phase analysis of this new technique. Methods The phases of instantaneous acceleration wave intensity of 66 healthy adults were detected by ProSound AlphalO color Doppler uhrasonograph manufactured by company of ALOKA in Japan. Results There were all statistical significances in the time difference of starting point to end point of W1 in left and right common carotid artery and fight brachial artery (P〈0.01); in the time difference of starting point to culminated point of W1 in right brachial artery and common carotid artery of both sides (P〈0.01), but no statistical significance in left and right common carotid artery. There were all statistical significances in the time difference of culminated point to end point in left and fight common carotid artery and right brachial artery (P〈0.01); in the ratio difference of upslope time and decent time of W1 in left and iight common carotid artery and right brachial artery (P〈0.01). Conclusions 1. The width of W1 (time from starting point to end point of the W1 curve) equals to the accelerating time of blood flow (At) and it will be helpful to judge cardiac function. 2. The beginning of cardiac ejection will be the starting point of W1 curve, not the cuhninated point as reported in previous literatures.
