超声引导肾组织活检47例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下对弥漫性肾病穿刺活检的可行性。方法在超声引导下对47例弥漫性肾病患者经皮快速自动肾穿刺活检。结果47例肾穿刺均成功取材,成功率为100%。其中38例肾穿刺取材一针成功,另9例二针穿刺成功,穿刺出标本长度为6～22mm,光镜每例满足10个以上肾小球。结论超声引导下经皮自动肾穿刺活检简便、易行,取材满意,可为临床病理学诊断提供理想的活检标本。Objective To investigate percutaneous renal biopsy under the guidance of ultrasound in cases with diffuse renal diseases. Methods Renal biopsies were performed on 47 cases with diffuse renal disease under the guidance of ultrasound. Results Renal sample were obtained in all 47 cases with a success rate of lO0%.Thirty-eight renal samples were obtained by one session, and nine cases were obtained by two sessions. The percutaneous renal sample tissue was 6-22mm in length and showed more than 10 glomerulis. Conclusion Biopsy under the guidance of ultrasound is a practical method which gives ideal renal sample tissue for patholopgical examination clinically.
