摘  要:阐述了大口径直缝焊管生产线中扩径工序的作用及机械扩径方式的优势,简析了机械扩径的胀形过程及行程设计方法,分析了决定扩径后钢管几何尺寸精度、残余应力状态和机械性能变化等质量指标的工艺技术参数,指出了扩径工具的结构和轮廓参数对获得良好的钢管扩径质量的意义,讨论了影响机械扩径力大小的因素,并给出了扩径力的简化计算方法。The function of the expanding process and advantages of mechanical expansion ways of the production line for large diameter longitudinal welded pipes are expounded. The mechanical expanding process and its design were analyzed briefly. Some technological parameters were also analyzed, which have decisive influence on pipe' s quality indices, such as its geometric dimension, residual stress status and changes in mechanical properties after the pipe was expanded. It was pointed out that the expanding tool' s structure and contour parameters were meaningful to the quality of the expanded pipes. Factors that affected the expanding force were discussed and the simplified calculation formula for the expanding force was also given out.
